Pink Delights!

Hello everyone,
It is a lovely warm spring day here and I have just had a stroll through the garden-everyday brings wonderful little changes as buds unfurl and new blooms pop.
Today, however is Pink Saturday again at How Sweet the Sound so I have some Pinks to share with you.

The photo above is from our garden a couple of years ago and some of you have seen it but it is one of my favorites. The lilacs are in bud now and soon the garden will be filled with their beauty and wonderful aroma.

You know I love my afternoon tea!

I love this blush pink Antique rose.I have been pruning all my roses the last couple of days and I can't wait to see them bloom again.

That's it for my 'pink delights' but there is lots more to see at Beverley's How Sweet the Sound for you to enjoy.

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend,

Carolyn

I also like the cup with the design depicting a specy of lavatera (it seems). Very lovely.

Hi Carolyn,
I always love your pictures. They are all beautiful. The one that catches my eye and my heart this time is the tea cup with the painted flowers and the baby's breath gently resting on the saucer. Thank you. Have a lovely day. I hope that the sun is shining where you are.

Your pinks are absolutely DELICIOUS, my friend!!! We won't have any lilacs budding for a while, it has snowed all day here!!! Can you hear my crying? My tulips are poking out of the ground and the day lillies have been putting out new growth every day for the past two weeks. I don't know what this will do to them. It was -7 here earlier today.
Hugs, Cindy

Carolyn, With 3 out of 5 grands playing ball this season, I have not had much time for blogging and/or visiting. What a visual treat to visit your lovely blog today. Your tea on the lawn is also one of my favorites. Each photo, be it tea cups or flowers is more beautiful than the one before. Such a feast for the eyes to come visit you. I do love the charming white cup/saucer shown with the pink tulips. Blessings on your week. Happy PS a little late!
